Get Involved!

Your membership in the American Coalition for Ethanol arms you with a list of great opportunities to use your grassroots voice, access valuable information, and shape advocacy efforts in an industry membership organization designed to expand the production and use of ethanol.

As an ACE member, you can…

Take action to influence policy decisions. ACE's Biofuels Beltway March (a fly-in to meet with leaders in Washington, D.C.) and the annual ethanol conference and trade show in August are just two ways to gather information, speak out, and network with others.  Contact Shannon Gustafson at sgustafson@ethanol.org for more information on these events.

Follow ethanol information in real time.  When you sign up to follow or participate in ethanol conversations through social media, you will see and hear what's important to your industry this minute?  Curious?  Sign up now and don't miss another update.

     Social media applications include

  • Ethanol Collective

At http://www.ethanolcollective.com/ you can jump in on ethanol   conversations happening RIGHT NOW-or start a conversation of your own.  Have a burning question?  Want feedback on a particular issue?  Post and reply.

Break down the blend wall, support BYO.  ACE has partnered with the Renewable Fuels Association in a national blender pump campaign that will educate petroleum marketers on the benefits and opportunities of offering ethanol blends beyond 10 percent through blender pumps.  Encourage your local petroleum station owners to visit http://www.byoethanol.com/

Make research EASY.  ACE provides access to hundreds of links from ACE studies, ethanol reports, and magazines, to industry updates, consumer studies, state and federal legislation, and Powerpoints designed to make learning and spreading information easy.  Besides the information at http://www.ethanol.org//, members can access additional resources through the Members Only section.
