EPA DELAYS ONCE AGAIN ON E15 DECISION, MOVES TARGET BACKWARD TO 2007 AND NEWER VEHICLES

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency just issued another delay in the process to consider increasing the ethanol content per gallon of gas from 10 percent to up to 15 percent. The statutory deadline was December 1, 2009, and now the Agency is saying it may be September before they make a ruling.
